Regarding the findings, there is a positive and significant relationship between job-bullying and work-family conflicts and family-work conflicts, while there is a negative and significant relationship between job-bullying and psychological basic needs. The results of regression analysis demonstrated that 33%, 44%, and 47.2 % of job-bullying are explainable through psychological basic needs, work-family conflicts, and family-work conflicts, respectively. According to the obtained results, it can be claimed that work-family conflicts and psychological basic needs are factors influencing job-bullying in nurses and nurse’s aides.
